We’re for the entrepreneurs. The do-ers, dreamers and creators. The challengers, rebels and believers. And now we’re bringing that experience to life. We’re excited to introduce to you the very first Yoco Pop Up Store! We’ll be in Maponya Mall across from Clicks, from August to October 2018. A home for small business, in the heart of Soweto.

Small businesses in the space

We’ve invited entrepreneurs to sell their products / services in store – a pop up within a pop up! We’re not only about making it easier for you to get Yoco, but also empowering small businesses to get their names out there. Here’s who you can expect to meet:

Walk Fresh

Lethabo Mokoena and his crew are rewriting the township narrative through their sneaker cleaning business. Visit the Yoco Pop Up and give your pair of shoes a new lease on life.

Love TEATime

Love TEATime sells Kericho Gold, a special blend of fine teas from the best tea estates in Kenya. These tasty and fragrant infused teas are truly an experience to drink.

Yoco Concept Store

Events and Workshops

Throughout the three months we will be hosting events and workshops aimed at promoting small businesses and equipping them with resources and information to grow.

Robyn

When you’re engaging with Yoco on social media, Robyn is the girl you’re talking to. She loves learning from our community and seeing small businesses thrive. In her spare time you’ll find her off hiking in some forest, curled up with a book or singing karaoke (badly). After graduating with a B.Bus Sci degree from UCT, she found Yoco and jumped in head first. She now manages Yoco’s social media profiles and online community, and writes an article or two for the blog.
